Jeffrey is an experienced and savvy real estate and business lawyer with a broad client base ranging from first-time homebuyers of residential real estate, to private mortgage lenders, small-medium sized business owners, financial institutions, joint venture parties and investors. Jeffrey has been licensed by the Real Estate Council of Ontario as a sales representative since 2004, and has completed thousands of real estate and business law transactions on his clients’ behalf.
He obtained his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biology from York University, followed by a Bachelor of Engineering Science (B.E.Sc) from the University of Western Ontario, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Osgoode Hall Law School. He obtained his Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation from Professional Engineers Ontario in 2007, and possesses years of management-level experience on large-scale engineering projects in southern Michigan and southwestern Ontario.

Nelson has a background in the construction industry and advises clients on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate law, including purchases, sales, and mortgage financing. Nelson provides legal services in English and Portuguese, and is an active member of the Portuguese-Canadian community.
Nelson received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, and was an active member of the university’s Canadian Law Society. Prior to obtaining his Bachelor of Laws, Nelson graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.A. (Honours) in Political Science and Portuguese.
